Days go by

Finally over my cold and anxious for spring. How many more days of cold can NE Ohio suffer? Spent yesterday over dinner with our extended family debating traffic, corporal punishment, and free way speeds. It seems my cousin enjoys jumping in behind any cop that passes him travelling at more than the speed limit. I assumed the role of devil's advocate on every issue. My horoscope said I might appear aloof to those around me, and I'm sure that I did.

Over the weekend I couldn't help myself and went on a spending spree. Now have the first two seasons of Wonder Woman, among other DVDs.

The first day

Well, this is an experiment for me. Maybe I will be able to reinvigorate my writing and thinking habit. I've been so enmeshed in the daily grind, and now having suffered with a cold for nerely two weeks, have lost touch with my media hungry side. At least the Amazing Race starts up again tonight. No rest for the weary northeast Ohio television viewer. The weather will aid my viewing, as the monthe came in a lion last night.

Just read the Supreme Court has decided we cannot use the death penalty on teenage offenders, or those who commit heinous crimes as teenagers. Have we moved on? A more just society?
